By accessing or using the H2B Ready website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Services

H2B Ready provides document preparation and filing services for the H-2B temporary worker visa program. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

No guarantee

Final decisions on labor certification, visa petitions, and visa issuance rest with the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the U.S. Department of State. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

Fees

Service fees are billed by milestone. Government filing fees are passed through at cost. All fees are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been completed.

Your responsibilities

You represent that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete. You agree to respond promptly to reasonable requests for information required to complete your filings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H2B Ready's total liability is limited to the service fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
